Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Inbox Hearth ("Inbox Hearth", "we", "us") — a managed service that registers sending domains on your behalf, configures email authentication, provisions mailboxes, and warms them for outbound use. By purchasing or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy.
1. The service
Inbox Hearth provides done-for-you cold-email infrastructure: registration of look-alike sending domains, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX), mailbox provisioning, automated warmup, and deliverability monitoring. The service provides sending infrastructure — we do not write, send, or manage your outreach campaigns unless separately agreed in writing.
2. You own the assets
Domains we register for you are registered in your name, and mailboxes we provision belong to you. If you cancel, you keep the domains, the mailboxes, and their sending history. We retain no lien or claim over them. You are responsible for renewal costs after your subscription ends.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the infrastructure only for lawful, compliant outreach as described in the Acceptable Use Policy — including CAN-SPAM and any law applicable to your recipients.
- You are the sender of record for every message sent from your mailboxes. Compliance with email law is your obligation, not ours.
- Provide accurate business information (identity, physical address, brand names) so domains and mailboxes can be configured truthfully.
- Do not exceed the sending guidance we give you during and after warmup — ramping too fast destroys the reputation you are paying us to build.
4. Fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly, in advance, at the flat rate published on our pricing page or quoted to you in writing. Domain registration fees for your initial domain set are included; unusual TLDs or additional domains beyond your plan may be quoted separately before purchase. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future billing and Section 2 applies — everything we built for you leaves with you.
5. Warmup timelines and no placement guarantee
New mailboxes require a warmup ramp — typically three to four weeks — before they are ready for real outreach. This clock is set by the mailbox providers' reputation systems, not by us, and cannot be safely compressed. We warrant the work (correct configuration, genuine warmup activity, active monitoring), not the outcome: no one can honestly guarantee inbox placement, and we do not. Deliverability also depends on your list quality, copy, and sending behavior, which are outside our control.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend warmup or provisioning for a customer whose use violates the Acceptable Use Policy, generates abuse complaints, or puts the shared reputation of our warmup network at risk. We will tell you why and what would resolve it. Ownership under Section 2 survives any suspension or termination — even one for cause.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated here. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities from email that did not land.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. We will not retroactively change the ownership commitments in Section 2.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Questions go to hello@inboxhearth.com.
